We are hiring a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to own our social media presence and support broader digital growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketer who enjoys building brand visibility, engaging audiences, and supporting sales through data‑driven marketing.

• Plan, create, and manage content across priority social platforms
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
• Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community activity
• Track and optimize performance based on engagement and reach

• Support lead generation campaigns aligned with business goals
• Assist with email marketing and content distribution
• Coordinate campaigns across social, email, and website

• Manage contacts, lists, and basic workflows in Hub Spot
• Support lead nurturing and sales handoff processes
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Strong understanding of social media content and analytics
• Working knowledge of Hub Spot or similar CRM tools
• Basic understanding of inbound marketing and lead funnels
• Strong communication, organization, and creative skills

• Hub Spot certifications
• Paid social or campaign experience
• Basic design or video editing skills
• B2B, SaaS, or growth‑stage company experience

• Full ownership of social media and digital execution
