Sam's Club - Up to $30.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding on self-service technology and assisting with purchasing decisions.;
Assist management with supervision of associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, and training; guiding on member service approaches to resolve issues.;
Ensure compliance with company policies and support Open Door Policy; participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates.;
Receive and stock supplies and merchandise; maintain the sales floor; manage safety, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe situations.;
Lead and participate in teams to coordinate and execute work, monitor progress, and adapt to change; oversee picking and staging of club pickup orders; maintain product displays and signage.
