Production Assembler Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, building high-quality products, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they do? We are seeking a motivated Production Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team known for quality, innovation, and attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in cable assembly, electrical manufacturing, or mechanical assembly who are looking to grow their skills in a clean, fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do
• Assemble product components and subassemblies according to drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and manufacturing documentation.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, crimping tools, and wire cutting and stripping equipment.
• Perform cable and harness assembly, including: o Hand crimping o Spot tying o Continuous and flat lacing o Heat shrink application
• Solder pins, contacts, solder cups, micro-miniature components, solder sleeves, and wire splices.
• Assemble components, prepare molds, and mix two-part compounds as required.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Identify and report product discrepancies and help maintain a high level of quality.
