Join a team that builds some of the world's most advanced electronics for the aerospace and defense industry. As an Assembler, you'll support the production of high-quality electromechanical assemblies in a clean room environment while contributing to products that help protect those who protect us.
Assembles and disassembles subassemblies and systems by following specific instructions. Completes mechanical assemblies with various types of mechanical parts using standard and special tools. Knowledge of basic hand and power tools used for mechanical assembly. Ability to use fine motor skills to place and maneuver small parts and tie repeated knots with lacing. Ability to follow process sheets for mechanical assembly and minor repairs.
Qualifications- Requires (5) years of a High School or Trade School education.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
- Experience assembling electromechanical or electronic products.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or clean room environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
- Manual soldering experience.
- Familiarity with solder reflow ovens, pick-and-place equipment, and automated inspection systems.
- IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD certification is a plus.

Shift: 2nd Shift (4/10 Schedule) – Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Pay:
Up to $32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
