Seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily shop operations and ensure seamless workflow from engineering through fabrication and final shipment. This individual will own the production schedule, coordinate cross-functional execution, and drive on-time delivery of high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities Production Scheduling & Execution- Develop, manage, and execute daily and weekly production schedules
- Prioritize jobs based on customer deadlines and shop capacity
- Coordinate workflow across laser cutting, forming, welding, finishing, and assembly
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively adjust resources to maintain flow
- Partner with engineering to ensure jobs are released accurately and on time
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly to minimize delays
- Ensure all documentation, prints, and job packets are complete and production-ready
- Lead and direct daily shop floor activities
- Set clear priorities, expectations, and accountability standards
- Monitor progress and step in to resolve issues as needed
- Drive a culture focused on quality, efficiency, and teamwork
- Own and improve on-time delivery metrics
- Track production progress against schedule
- Communicate risks early and implement solutions to maintain commitments
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and scheduling efficiency
- Support lean manufacturing practices and shop organization
- Promote a culture of urgency, ownership, and continuous improvement
- 5+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of production scheduling and shop workflow management
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Smooth flow of jobs from engineering through production
- Bottlenecks identified early and resolved quickly
- Clear team alignment on priorities and execution
- Improved on-time delivery performance
- Organized, efficient, and predictable shop operations
- Monday - Friday
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- On-site in Hudson, NH
- Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000, based on experience
- Performance-based bonus tied to production and delivery metrics
