Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to support shipping, receiving, packaging, inventory control, and quality-support activities at our Hudson, NH facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, careful organization, and supporting the movement of high-value precision ceramic components through a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will help ensure customer orders are packaged correctly, shipped on time, documented accurately, and handled with the care required for fragile, high-performance technical ceramic products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, package, label, and ship customer orders using approved procedures and customer-specific requirements.
  • Receive incoming materials, verify packing lists, and complete system transactions.
  • Carefully handle and box precision ceramic parts to protect them from damage, contamination, or mix‑ups.
  • Maintain inventory of shipping supplies, packaging materials, labels, bags, boxes, and common consumables.
  • Place or request orders for routine supplies and support outside service provider coordination.
  • Create and maintain shipping, receiving, tracking, and documentation records.
  • Support international shipments, carrier software, customer portals, and export documentation as trained.
  • Assist Quality with basic documentation support, batch record review, CoC/COA preparation, inspection logs, and nonconforming material segregation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S practices.
