Parts Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Follow and promote all company customer service programs and greet customers in a friendly, courteous manner;
Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed;
Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items;
Process exchanges and returns for credit according to company policies;
Perform daily in-store tasks such as stocking shelves, planogram updates, freight receival, and inventory tasks;
Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training;
Provide in-store services for customers (e.g., install wipers, test/charge batteries, replace headlight capsules);
Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries when needed
