$60,000–$75,000 OTE | Base + Uncapped Commission | Monthly Payouts

Airex Filter Corporation is a family-owned and operated company specializing in air filtration solutions. We are growing and looking to add an entry-level or junior Inside Sales Representative who wants to develop strong sales skills, contribute to customer growth, and earn commission based on performance.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys outreach, is comfortable on the phone, and wants to build a long-term sales career in a stable, essential industry.

Compensation
  • On-Target Earnings: $60,000–$75,000
  • Commission: Performance-based, tied to new business and account growth
  • Upside: Uncapped commission potential
  • Commission Payouts: Monthly
  • Additional

    Incentives:

    SPIFFs and performance bonuses

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect new customers through outbound calling and email outreach
  • Follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries
  • Support and grow existing customer accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct sales conversations via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Track outreach, calls, and sales activity in Net Suite ERP and Hub Spot CRM
  • Work toward and exceed monthly activity and sales goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Some sales, customer service, or outbound calling experience (internships count)
  • Comfortable with outreach and cold calling
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Coachable, organized, and motivated by results
  • Able to work in an in-office team environment
Nice to Have
  • HVAC, industrial, or technical product exposure
  • CRM experience (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
