Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency sewer and drain cleaning services using industry-standard equipment.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions for residential and commercial clients.
- Utilize video inspection technology to assess the condition of sewer lines.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and answer questions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
- Assist in training new team members and share best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry advancements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
