• Work with the Fitter to complete job‑site tasks in a timely, effective manner.
• Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain state licensing.
• Follow company safety procedures, including driving, PPE, and lockout/tag‑out policies.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization per company guidelines.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Fitter or Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Manager.

• Capable of working independently with moderate supervision.
• Team‑oriented and able to handle pressure to meet deadlines.
• Initiative to learn trade skills.
• Ability to study installation, inspection, and servicing codes.
• Physical stamina to meet job requirements.
• Proficient reading labels, signage, directions, and basic math.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

• Experience in fire protection or commercial customer service (not required).
• Background in commercial sprinkler systems or comfort with pipe fitting, electrical work, and fittings (not required).

Drug test, pre‑employment background screening, and MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
