Why This Job Exists
Inventory is one of Life is Good's most significant assets. When inventory records are accurate, every team — from planning and production to finance and fulfillment — can make smarter decisions. This role exists to protect that accuracy: keeping physical stock movements and system records in sync, resolving variances before they compound, and making sure the data people rely on can actually be trusted.
WhatYou'll Do
- You co-lead and participate in the semi-annual cycle count process in SAP across all warehouse locations and subcontract printers.
- Consolidate and count Warehouse inventory locations.
- You support the Inventory, Replenishment and Receiving teams as operational needs arise.
- You will collaborate with departmental leadership to optimize physical inventory space.
- This role is on-site, and you'll be working with our team in person Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, from Hudson, NH.
- You have worked in receiving, warehouse operations, or retail loss prevention and understand how physical inventory movement and system records must align.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and can use it to track, analyze, and report on inventory data.
- You are a certified forklift operator or are able to obtain certification, and you can lift 50 pounds routinely.
- You care about the mission of Life is Good and bring that belief into how you work every day.
- You give and receive feedback openly — you see it as a tool for getting things right, not a judgment of your worth.
- You move fluidly between independent focused work and collaboration with a cross-functional team.
- You stay curious about why discrepancies happen, not just that they happen.
- You know and understand the impact of our mission and the Life is Good Superpowers.
- You are skilled and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- You give and receive feedback thoughtfully and constructively.
- You are known for having a positive impact on those around you.
- Accurate physical count of warehouse inventory.
- Consolidation of warehouse inventory to use space efficiently.
- The teams you support — Inventory Control, Replenishment and Receiving — spend less time chasing inventory questions because the records are right.
- You've met your annual goals and contributed to a team culture where people feel supported and held to a high standard.
