Hours:
Monday through Friday 8am 4pm with flexibility. (two positions available)

What You'll Do
Employment Trainer Help the people we support achieve success in their jobs by providing hands-on training, advocacy, and ongoing support. This role focuses on skill-building, workplace integration, and fostering independence.
Responsibilities:
* Train the people we support to meet job expectations and develop workplace skills.
* Advocate for inclusion, integration, and productivity in the workplace.
* Offer supportive counseling to address social and job-related concerns.
* Assist with job development to match employment goals and skills.
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
* Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices.
* Collaborate with agency staff to prepare individuals for community employment.
Requirements
* Exceptional communication and computer skills.
* Valid driver's license.
* Ability to be certified in all required trainings.
* Occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
* One-year experience working with people with disabilities
* High School Diploma or GED (now called TASC)
