Livingston Hills Rehabilitation and NCC is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility located in Hudson, NY. We care for short term rehabiliation and long term care residents. We have an excellent supportive leadership team supporting our direct care staff.
We are seeking FT/PT RN's to join our Team !
Duties Include:
- Supervisory duties for the assigned unit.
- Review resident records.
- Monitor overall care; ensure the standard of care on unit.
- Address questions or complaints brought forward by residents and families.
- Attend care plan meeting
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Long-Term Care Experience.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in NYS.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
