As a Maintenance Mechanic at New York-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital, you will be responsible for performing a variety of engineering and plant maintenance functions to provide for efficient operation of the physical plant and hospital campus and off-site locations.

* ** This is a Part- time (Weekend 12:00AM to 8:00AM schedule) position*
* ** at New York-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital located at 1980 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, upper Westchester County, NY.*
* ** Preferred Criteria
*** 3 years of related mechanical and electrical experience.
* Ability to transport equipment of varying sizes and weights throughout the facility and hospital campus. Ability to work throughout the entire facility, operate equipment.
* Demonstrate knowledge and competence in area of practice.
* Clean and valid NYS driver license.
* Ability to communicate in an effective manner and able to take direction and supervision.
* Maintain awareness of the responsibility attached to maintaining and servicing the physical plant.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of hospital staff, visitors, and outside agencies  
** Required Criteria
*** High school graduate or equivalent.
