Material Handler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Hudson, NY

Pay Range: $19.00/hr

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Use electric or hand jack to deliver and remove product to and from the production lines in a timely fashion.
• Load and off-load trucks and containers manually or with the use of jacks.
• Stock material in their appropriate locations.
• Ensure all material in house is properly rotated and undamaged.
• Maintain knowledge of material's location throughout the facility and keep the warehouse clean and organized.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to perform duties in a facilities environment with exposure to loud noises, temperature extremes, and hazardous materials
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate material handling equipment
