Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper
Location: On Site in Hudson, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities of the Full Charge Bookkeeper:

• Verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions to general ledger
• Summarize details in separate ledgers and transfer data to general ledger
• Reconcile and balance accounts
• Compile reports to show cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business
• Calculate employee wages from records and prepare checks for payment of wages
• Prepare withholding, Social Security, and other tax reports
• Generate monthly statements to customers

Preferred Qualifications of the Full Charge Bookkeeper:

• 5+ year’s related experience
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP system and advanced excel skills required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
