Office Administrator/ Coordinator
At Restoration Resources, Inc., we help people and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and other property disasters. Behind every successful project is accurate documentation, organized communication, and strong administrative coordination.
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Compliance & Administrative Coordinator to support our operations team by reviewing job documentation, organizing digital files, assisting customers, and helping ensure projects meet insurance carrier and program compliance standards.
This is not a basic receptionist position.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What You’ll DoThis position plays a critical role in helping our projects move efficiently from emergency response through billing and completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing technician and field documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Preparing digital job files to meet insurance carrier and program compliance requirements
- Identifying missing information, inconsistencies, or documentation gaps
- Coordinating internally with operations, estimators, project managers, accounting, and subcontractors
- Entering and maintaining accurate customer and job information
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers professionally and compassionately
- Managing multiple priorities while handling interruptions throughout the day
- Tracking job progress and following up on outstanding items
- Supporting billing and administrative workflows
- Assisting with office organization and daily administrative operations

- 2+ years of administrative, office, coordination, or customer service experience
- Strong organizational and computer skills

- Experience handling detailed documentation and data entry
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property claims
- Familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility, or insurance-related software
- Experience managing digital files and compliance documentation
