Key Responsibilities (Collections Representative):
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls regarding delinquent credit accounts via a dialer system
Communicate effectively to determine causes of delinquency and establish payment arrangements
Accurately document all interactions and account statuses
Process electronic payments including debit, credit, and check by phone
Maintain professionalism in interactions with internal teams and customers
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications (Collections Representative):
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 6 months of call center collections experience preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
High level of integrity and accountability
Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
Must be available to work the specified hybrid shift
