Initiate outbound calls for customer leads generated from the canvassing team and schedule in-home sales consultations;
Overcome objections to scheduling and determine availability for in-home sales consultations;
De-escalate calls as appropriate and provide solutions that leave the customer satisfied;
Exceed customer service expectations by providing an outstanding experience to every potential customer;
Adhere to schedules while maintaining an acceptable level of service, customer satisfaction and quality
