Customer Service Rep
Sourcing Specialist Biomed Entry Level – Hybrid What You’ll Do
- Searches for medical parts using a set list of requirements
- Conducts low-level supplier negotiations
- Online data research using Google and other associated websites to understand and eventually communicate gathered information to the customer care team
- Low-level issue resolution, data entry, and multi-tasking
- Translates Customer Care Rep's needs to suppliers
- Relays information to the Catalog team to improve catalog content
- Gathers supplier information, updates, and other changes
- Interacts frequently with a variety of PS personnel and outside suppliers
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral/written), planning and organizing skills
- Uses independent judgment and time‑management skills
- Answers critical problems with strong problem‑solving skills to provide prompt issue resolution
- Meets and maintains departmental KPIs
- Follows departmental processes and requirements
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
- Knowledge of Biomed/Imaging parts and systems
- Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
