Sourcing Coordinator - Biomed Hybrid

Job Summary

Parts Source is the leading technology and software platform for managing mission‑critical healthcare equipment, helping hospitals and service organizations maximize clinical availability for patient care. The role is based in Hudson, OH and offered on a hybrid schedule.

Rate: $21 - $24 per hour.

The Sourcing Coordinator reports to the Sourcing Manager and is responsible for locating and evaluating medical parts through research, supplier communication, and data entry. Responsibilities include securing pricing, availability, warranties, and other details needed to support the customer care team.

• Search for medical parts based on specified requirements.
• Conduct low‑level supplier negotiations.
• Research online sources (e.g., Google, vendor sites) and communicate gathered information to the customer care team.
• Enter data, resolve low‑level issues, and multi‑task.
• Translate customer care needs to suppliers and relay information to the catalog team.
• Update supplier information and manage changes.
• Interact frequently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use independent judgment, time‑management, and critical‑thinking skills to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain departmental KPIs and follow established processes.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.

• Knowledge of biomed/imaging parts and systems.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
