Position Details
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Intensive, early intervention (ages 2-6)
  • Client caseload:
    Target is around 30 billable hours of consult
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Train RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and parents regarding client s individualized treatment and behavior plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and mentoring to RBTs, Behavior Technicians and fellows
  • Consult and collaborate with other involved professionals as needed (i.e., physicians, school districts, and other therapy professionals)
  • Contribute to providing and fostering a safe and positive learning culture for all clients and staff
Requirements
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in behavior analysis or related field
  • An active BCBA certification and be in good standing with the board
  • Current COBA certification in the State of Ohio
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Must be proficient in English; reading, comprehending and understanding the English language
  • FBI and BCI background check (can be completed upon hire)
  • Clinical experience in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis, autism, child development, and training
  • Positive and goal oriented, willing to accept the challenge of new assignments and be able to work well with others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and safe working practices
  • Must be able to handle stressful situations
