We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and hands-on Housekeeping Director to lead our environmental services team. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Our facility is committed to providing high-quality care in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, and we are looking for a leader who shares our dedication to excellence.

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Director or Supervisor in a skilled nursing, assisted living, or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of infection control and sanitation standards
• Experience managing teams and departmental budgets
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends/holidays

• Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations within the facility
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (including infection control standards)
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols
• Manage, train, and mentor housekeeping staff
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with nursing and leadership teams to support resident care and satisfaction
• Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials and waste
