ResourceMFG is looking for a English / Spanish Recruiter to work with one of our partnering manufacturing companies!
Shift Information
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
- Must be flexible to come in early or stay later as needed
Pay $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Recruiter Job Duties could include
- Create and post job advertisements
- Make phone calls daily to find and follow up with job seekers
- Interview potential candidates
- Conduct facility tours
- Complete new hire paperwork with new employees
- Introduce new employees to company/supervisors
Enjoy working with and helping others Comfortable making large amount of phone calls daily Proficient in Microsoft Software Previous recruiting in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required Bilingual (Spanish/English)
