ResourceMFG is seeking an English/Spanish Recruiter to partner with a manufacturing company. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with flexibility to start early or stay later as needed. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Responsibilities include posting ads, daily candidate outreach calls, interviewing, tours, and handling new hire paperwork. Ideal candidates are comfortable with high-volume calling, proficient in Microsoft Office, and bilingual in Spanish/English.
