Human Resources Recruiter

Drive end-to-end recruiting and hiring coordination for ONYX Brands across multiple teams from sourcing through onboarding.

• Own full cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviewing coordination, and hiring decisions for multiple open roles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using social media marketing for recruiting, talent management tools, and other candidate attraction channels.
• Support talent management needs through campus recruiting, executive recruiting, and high-volume recruiting campaigns.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and provide guidance on employment law considerations and HR legal compliance.
• Track candidate progress and streamline recruitment workflows using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or Kenexa Brass Ring
  .
• Negotiate offers with candidates while ensuring alignment with company policy and applicable employment law standards.
• Use HR systems including Ulti Pro and Paychex to support onboarding, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes.

• Proven recruiting experience within human resources, including external recruiting, internal recruiting, and technical recruiting.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills to manage candidate and hiring manager interactions.
• Demonstrated sourcing ability through research, cold calling, social media marketing for recruiting, and leveraging talent management software.
• Knowledge of employment and labor law relevant to talent acquisition and employee relations practices.
• Familiarity with HR systems and ATS platforms such as Lever and Kenexa Brass Ring
  , plus experience with Ulti Pro and/or Paychex for recruiting data management.
• Capability to manage high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  
  Experience in training and development related to onboarding or succession planning is a plus.
