This role partners with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to deliver compliant, employee-focused administration across benefits and leave programs, including 401(k) retirement plan management.
The position requires 3–5 years of experience in benefits or leave administration, strong knowledge of FMLA and ADA, and a commitment to confidentiality
