Responsibilities

  • Prioritize daily work based on varying business needs.
  • Acquire and share knowledge of the Grocery Department.
  • Responsible for writing orders using effective pars and planning.
  • Work as a team to complete daily tasks such as scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
  • Attend required corporate meetings and training classes.
  • Comply with all personal and food safety company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Ensure you present yourself, your team, your products, and your department in support of our Brand.
  • Acknowledge customers with a smile and eye contact.
  • Evaluate store conditions continuously using our 5‑Step QCSSS (Quality, Cleanliness, Stock Levels, Signage, Serviceable).
  • Thank each other for a job well done to reinforce positive behaviors and attitudes.
  • Engage customers when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
  • Compliance with all company policies and standards.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Production driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks while standing.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work the required hours to meet company objectives, including occasional additional time.
  • Willingness to work the non‑traditional five‑day schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and evenings.
  • Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions, hot or cold.
