Cushman & Wakefield/C&W Services seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform inspections, calibration, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, lighting, and safety systems in a commercial office facility. The role requires safe, proactive maintenance, and ongoing data entry into the CMMS system.
The candidate will participate in safety training, coordinate with other vendors, and may work on-call during nights, weekends, and holidays to address emergencies. 2-5 years' related experience is preferred.
