Supply Compliance Manager
The Supply Compliance Manager is responsible for providing leadership and cross‑functional support for supplier contract life cycle management, internal and external product quality assurance, field audit processing and accountability, and new procedure development to ensure inventory and process excellence within all Leaf Home verticals.
This role functions within Supply Chain and a cross‑functional organization to ensure operations comply with corporate policies. As a key member and leader of our Quality Assurance and Compliance team, this role ensures suppliers and team members provide an excellent customer experience while developing and leading programmatic improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and refine quality assurance policies, procedures (including SOPs, metrics, reporting) to mitigate inventory loss, drive oversight, and ensure compliance with business principles and legal requirements.
- 30% – Oversee supplier contract management life cycle, factory audits, and supplier questionnaires with Sourcing Manager to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- 20% – Provide strategic direction and oversight to QA Team and vendor partners on process optimization, root cause analysis, and post‑implementation reviews.
- 15% – Develop and oversee delivery of quality standards and expectations to vendor partners with New Product Development Team and Director of Global Sourcing and Compliance.
- 5% – Liaise with cross‑functional teams to ensure accountability, issue resolution, and schedule accuracy.
- 10% – Drive employee engagement, performance management, coaching, and development to create a high‑performance culture.
- 5% – Drive planning, prioritization, communication of projects, timelines, and resource allocation.
- 10% – Handle ad‑hoc assignments and other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of relevant process development and strategy execution in Supply Chain/Procurement
- Proven compliance and/or audit outcomes experience
- Strong business acumen with ability to assess business impact
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Critical thinking and complex problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field
- Professional certifications:
Six Sigma, PMP, and/or Lean Certified - Managing talent
