Engineer Degree NOT Required, Pay up to $115k Annually & Outstanding Benefits!

$90,000 - $120,000 per year

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to meet design and quality standards
• Program multi-axis CNC Mill & Lathe equipment using Master
  
  CAM and proofing with Vericut (Must have experience with both)
• Design using AutoCAD Inventor or similar software
• Serve as the main contact for reverse engineering, design engineering and program management
• Build and maintain BOMs, labor standards, and methods in our ERP system
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives
• Design and validate tooling, fixtures, gauges, and equipment
• Support workflow and cell layout improvements
• Analyze variances, troubleshoot machining issues, and support Supply Chain and Quality as needed

• Pay $90,000 - $115,000 Annually
