We are hiring Grinding Machinists to set up and operate Centerless Grinding Machines for grinding metal parts’ outside diameters. Positions available for first and second shifts.
Job Duties:- Monitor machine operations, make adjustments, and halt operations when issues arise
- Set up and operate Centerless Grinders, grind metal work pieces, and segregate defective pieces
- Select and mount grinding wheels based on specifications using hand tools
- Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication
- Replace worn or broken machine parts using hand tools
- Calculate and adjust tools to achieve specified cuts
