Machining Process Engineer

Job Overview

Engineer degree NOT required. Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year.

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to meet design and quality standards.
• Program multi‑axis CNC mill & lathe equipment using MasterCAM and verify with Vericut.
• Design using AutoCAD Inventor or similar software.
• Serve as the main contact for reverse engineering, design engineering, and program management.
• Build and maintain BOMs, labor standards, and methods in the ERP system.
• Lead and participate in continuous‑improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Design and validate tooling, fixtures, gauges, and equipment.
• Support workflow and cell‑layout improvements.
• Analyze variances, troubleshoot machining issues, and support Supply Chain and Quality as needed.

No specific qualifications are listed. Experience with manufacturing processes, CNC programming, CAD design, and continuous improvement is preferred.
