Position: LPN/Nurse Manager $32-$34 6pm-6am (Full-Time)

Wellness Nurse Manager – Full‑time

Location

Hudson, Ohio

Salary

$32.00–$34.00 per hour.

Shift Schedule

Week 1:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Week 2:
Monday, Saturday, Sunday 6 pm‑6 am.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Superior Supervisor in the absence of department heads, leading the Wellness team and ensuring person‑centered care.
  • Be a Force on the Floor, providing assistance with call lights, resident requests, and demonstrating urgency.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents.
  • Offer Compassionate Care, embodying Arrow’s core values and ensuring residents feel safe and cared for.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment.
  • In‑depth knowledge of current care standards, regulations, and medication law.
  • Understanding of requirements for providing appropriate supervision to residents.
  • Experience caring for memory‑impaired residents preferred.
  • Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift, and assist residents, including up to 50 pounds and performing two‑person transfers.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
