- ** Duties and Responsibilities
*** Greet the customers with “ Bienvenido’s” and a smile
* Entering food orders using cash register POS System
* Handling Cash and credit transactions.
* Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift, Accept cash and return the correct change.
* Maintain a well-stocked salsa bar, drink cup lids, and napkins before and after shift, Clean dining room, and cashier station
* Maintain Beverage Fridges stocked and clean
* Upsell products Sides, Drinks, Aguas Frescas, etc.
* Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and follow all food safety and Health & safety guidelines
* Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
* Take pride in serving guests and providing exceptional customer service
* Completes other duties as assigned by the MOD( Manager on Duty)
** Requirements
* ** Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Good math skills
* Basic PC knowledge
* Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
* Ability to stand for long periods
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs

* Ability to multitask and prioritize task Hourly rate = $18-$24
