In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service to retail banking customers, accurately process banking transactions, and assist with inquiries. You will frequently be the face of FNB and may float between retail branches within an assigned region.
This seasonal role typically runs from mid‑May to mid‑August and requires availability during all branch operating hours as needed. Actual hours and employment period will vary with business needs.
Primary Responsibilities- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, night deposits, mail, check orders, currency transaction reports, ATM updates, and issued Master Card/Visa/Discover card transactions, and prepare and issue money orders, cashier’s checks, and traveler’s checks.
- Maintain daily transaction balances, research outages, and balance a cash drawer accurately and timely without assistance.
- Serve as a risk manager by identifying, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily operational risks per F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory laws, guidelines, and company procedures as required.
High School diploma or GED.
Experience andMinimum Qualifications
- Previous cash handling experience with ability to balance a cash drawer efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to uphold customer confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to other locations within the area as needed.
- Comfortable initiating customer greetings, addressing customers by name with a smile and direct eye contact.
- Willingness to participate in bank training.
- Availability to work Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.
