Overview

Bruegger's Bagels (a local Vermont-based bakery) is looking for a Baker to help craft New York-style bagels and serve guests throughout the day. Bakers start early in the morning, contribute to product quality, and support a fast‑paced team environment.

• Start the shop early (sometimes as early as 3 AM) and prepare bagels, pastries, and other items according to recipe standards.
• Maintain the bagel wall, pastry case, and overall cleanliness of the store.
• Assist with guest service—including order taking and sandwich preparation—to ensure a positive experience.
• Follow health and safety policies while managing shift duties.

Hourly Rate: $11.67 – $18.67 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Pay ranges reflect what the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position.

• No work past 3 PM (no evenings or nights).
