Job Description
Our Manufacturing Partner whose facility is located in Hudson, Ohio is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Associate to join their team. We are looking for a reliable person with a positive attitude that likes to be on the phone.
Schedule- Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- $20.00/hr - $21.00/hr
- Act as direct contact with our customers and outside sales team placing orders, coordinating shipments
- Receive and process customer orders onsite and for a second location
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings through spreadsheets and our operating system
- Work closely with our tech team in the ordering and tracking parts.
- Friendly outgoing personality
- Inside sales/customer service experience
- Reliable with strong experience on the phone
- Quick learner and self-starter
