About the Job OpportunityParts Source is seeking a dynamic Imaging Product Specialist to join our North American Imaging team. You will act as the trusted advisor connecting healthcare organizations across diagnostic imaging (X‑Ray, Ultrasound, MRI) with best‑in‑class supplies and accessories that enable accurate and cost‑effective patient care.
Success means building strong customer partnerships, consistently exceeding sales targets, maintaining accurate CRM data and collaborating cross‑functionally to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
What You'll DoDrive Customer Relationships & Growth
- Proactively identify and contact key decision‑makers within existing and new customer accounts in the imaging space.
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand relationships, increase product adoption and grow account revenue.
- Qualify sales opportunities, present solutions aligned with customer needs and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Build long‑term partnerships by understanding customer business objectives and delivering consistent value.
Deliver Expert Solutions Through Market Knowledge
- Develop deep knowledge of diagnostic imaging modalities (X‑Ray, Ultrasound, MRI, CT) and related product offerings.
- Assess customer goals and challenges, then recommend Parts Source solutions that address operational and financial needs.
- Communicate product value propositions clearly and persuasively to clinical and procurement stakeholders.
- Support customers in sourcing, pricing and procurement of imaging parts, supplies and specialized services.
- Maintain accurate, timely customer records and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing and cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and process efficiencies.
- Provide customer feedback to inform product roadmap and marketing strategy.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences or related field.
- 3–5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in healthcare, imaging, medical devices or related industries.
- Proven ability to develop business through proactive outreach, relationship‑building and closing deals.
- Strong command of diagnostic imaging modalities and the healthcare equipment supply chain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent); comfort with data‑driven decision‑making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
Preferred
- Experience in medical device sales, OEM parts distribution or healthcare service organizations.
- Knowledge of healthcare procurement practices, reimbursement models or equipment lifecycle management.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements or Joint Commission standards.
