We’re hiring motivated individuals with restoration experience who want to grow into leadership roles. This position is designed to develop future Crew Leads through hands‑on training, certifications, and real advancement opportunities.
What You’ll Do- Perform restoration and demolition work
- Learn to lead and coordinate restoration projects
- Maintain job documentation and safety standards
- Prepare job sites and manage equipment
- Communicate with technicians and supervisors
- Restoration or cleaning industry experience preferred
- Leadership experience a plus
- IICRC certifications preferred (or willingness to earn)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and willingness to grow
- $18-21/hour starting pay
- Overtime and performance bonuses
