The Warehouse Associate role at Bonded Chemicals, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Medina, OH. This role is responsible for accurately receiving, unloading, and storing chemical products, as well as preparing, packing, and staging orders for shipment. The Warehouse Associate will operate material handling equipment, follow safety and compliance procedures for chemical handling, and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Daily activities include checking incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation, labeling and palletizing products, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and quality goals. The role may also involve performing routine inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies or safety concerns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving, including verifying documentation and ensuring accurate order processing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading to safely prepare, load, and handle products and materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation for moving pallets and materials within the warehouse.
- Candidates should possess skills in using a Pallet Jack and other basic material handling equipment.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures, especially in handling chemical products.
- Basic math, reading, and documentation skills for inventory and shipping records.
- Reliability in attendance, strong attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
