- Strong growth trajectory with future leadership opportunities
- Analyze manufacturing KPIs and identify drivers of operational variances.
- Support labor, capacity, and financial planning activities.
- Perform cost studies and maintain accurate standard costs.
- Assist with annual labor and overhead rate development.
- Maintain costing master data within SAP.
- Partner with estimating teams to evaluate costs for new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Manufacturing, SAP, ERP, Power BI, or Tableau experience preferred
