Automotive Mobile Technician

Pay range: $22-27 flat rate, based on experience

Schedule: 5 days per week between Monday-Saturday

The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for automotive repair work both on-site and off-site at assigned locations. This individual uses their skills to diagnose and resolve various automotive problems swiftly and accurately. They will perform a number of maintenance services, recalls, and light repair.

• Busy Ford shop:
  Average of 2300 RO count/month
• 27 bays and 1 alignment bay
• Senior technicians provide their own diagnostic laptops
• Monthly luncheon hosted by leadership
• Flexible schedules, including weekend shifts available

• Paid training when applicable

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair orders and test procedures/results.
• Maintain an inventory of normal mechanical tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels, punches, and other tools needed for the technician’s training.
• Complete all required training.
