Flat Rate Pay Structure Based ($35 to $50 Flat Rate + Bonus Potential)

A Technician-First Environment Busy Ford service department averaging 2,300 Repair Orders per month 27 Service Bays plus 1 Alignment Bay Experienced service advisors with a proven track record of generating work Senior Technicians provided with dedicated diagnostic laptops Paid manufacturer training when applicable Monthly team lunches hosted by dealership leadership Monday-Friday schedule opportunities Flexible schedules available for technicians looking for additional hours Unlimited Earning Potential Full-time technicians regularly flag 200-250 hours per month Consistent customer demand creates abundant work opportunities Flat-rate pay structure with performance-based earnings Leadership team committed to helping technicians succeed

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician
• ASE certifications — we'll support you in earning more
• Commitment to high-quality repairs
• A team player
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to Hyundai factory standards
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs
• Lead junior technicians when needed
• Complete routine maintenance services and multi-point inspections
• Document all work performed in compliance with factory and warranty requirements
• Communicate with service advisors regarding diagnostics, timelines, and repair recommendations
• Stay current with service technology, service bulletins, and required factory training
