- Paid Vacation and Holidays.
- BS in Project or Construction Management.
- 8 to 12 years of construction estimating experience, cost control, or quantity surveying.
- Experience leading bid meetings and developing bid strategies.
- Experience with Sage Estimating is a plus.
- Examine architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and related documents.
- Identify potential cost drivers, construction challenges, and opportunities for cost-saving.
- Analyze project data and prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor bids.
