Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow-up on customer interactions.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Deliver excellent customer support and assist in the upgrade of our customer experience.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and active listening.
- Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all customer inquiries.
- Analyze customer's needs and problem-solve as needed.
- Learn about our product range and services to assist customers effectively.
- Process orders, applications, and requests seamlessly.
