The Logistics Specialist – Final Mile plays an ultimate role in our everyday success as a company by working key customer accounts that need basic, standard, or even premium residential or business deliveries. The Logistics Specialist – Final Mile will need to establish high levels of trust with customers that they can be counted on to deliver.

Document Retrieval (BOL/POD)

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Logistics knowledge and understanding of Final Mile shipping requirements (preferred)

Experience with transportation management (TMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Effective communication, negotiation, and networking skills

Phone, email, and face-to-face etiquette

Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills WORK ETHIC:
