The Senior Civil Engineer, PE – Stormwater & Water Resources specializes in Stormwater and Water Resources Engineering. This position focuses on stormwater management design, hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) modeling, and drainage design for land development and municipal infrastructure projects throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. The ideal person is self-motivated and capable of managing technical design work, coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies, and delivering high-quality stormwater solutions from concept through construction.

Responsibilities:- Design and evaluate stormwater management systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal land development projects.
- Perform hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) modeling and drainage analysis for stormwater systems, detention/retention facilities, culverts, and storm sewer networks.
- Prepare stormwater management reports, drainage studies, and engineering calculations.
- Design storm sewer systems, detention basins, infiltration systems, and water quality Best Management Practices (BMPs.
- Develop grading, drainage, and erosion control plans for site development projects.
- Prepare construction plans, specifications, and technical documentation for civil infrastructure improvements.
- Coordinate with municipalities, watershed districts, and regulatory agencies to obtain permits and approvals.
- Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, WinSLAMM, or similar tools.
