As the face of our bank in the Twin Cities, you will cultivate meaningful partnerships with community and commercial clients, manage a diverse loan portfolio—including a focus on multi‑family housing—and drive sustainable growth within the markets we serve. You’ll originate and manage complex loan portfolios, while proactively driving growth in deposits through strategic product cross‑sell, contributing meaningfully to the bank’s overall success.

• Act as an ambassador for the bank across Twin Cities neighborhoods.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with commercial clients, with a strong emphasis on multi‑family housing.
• Originate, underwrite, and manage complex lending proposals and multi‑family portfolios.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders—credit, risk, operations—to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Expand market presence through networking, community engagement, and targeted business development.
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address credit quality and risk.

• Strong track record in multi‑family housing lending.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial or business banking, particularly managing commercial real‑estate portfolios.
• Deep understanding of commercial lending practices, underwriting, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and community engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver results in a competitive marketplace.
