Coin Department​/Balancing Clerk

As a Coin Department/Balancing Clerk at Thillens, you will play a crucial role in the accurate and secure handling of coin and currency operations. Working within our secure logistics infrastructure, your main tasks will involve counting, sorting, and balancing currency as well as preparing financial reports based on the transactions processed. This position is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial assets managed and transported by Thillens, aiding in our continued success as a leader in specialized logistics and armored car services.

Responsibilities

• Sort, count, and wrap coins and currency.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare daily transaction reports.
• Ensure discrepancies in cash and coin transactions are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Prepare deposits for ATM replenishment and customer deliveries.
• Maintain clear and accurate financial records.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding financial security and report any suspicious activities.
